Gautam Pai has more than 20 years of experience in advertising, film-making and production. He is a copywriter, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and an experimenter of ideas.
His journey in advertising began as a copywriter at Ogilvy Bangalore, where he worked on brands like SAB Miller, SAP, ITC Infotech, Worldspace, and Vodafone Hutch.
As founder and director at Ketchup Studio, he has directed numerous ad films, corporate films, audiovisuals, music videos, sketches, documentaries, branded content films, and New Reality media experiments like creating the virtual tour of Rajasthan Kabeer Yatra.
Gautam’s entrepreneurial spirit further led him to establish Simple Tribe. A design strategy and storytelling specialist consulting firm where he has helped craft the brand story of multiple start-up brands like Vector 91 Cycles, Cuemath, Reise Moto, Zetwerk, and Ergos.
