Independent by nature. Available by the brief.
Ketchup Studio is a full-service production house. We are an independent artist-led studio collective built on craft and innovation.
A collective of visionary artists and studios that spans the creative spectrum, combining craft, technology, and strategy to help brands and agency partners create work that moves across platforms and culture.
We bring the right minds together and keep the process simple, freeing brands, agencies and artists to maintain all focus on the big idea.
Believe. Ideate. Write. Produce. Make an impact.
-
Believe
We start with what your brand stands for. Conviction comes before content.
-
Ideate
The right minds on your brief from day one. Ideas that earn attention instead of buying it.
-
Write
Scripts, lines and propositions that sell without sounding like selling.
-
Produce
Full-service production under one roof. One team from first shoot to final cut.
-
Make an impact
Work that moves people, and moves the numbers you report on.
One partner from brief to impact. Fewer hand-offs, sharper work.

The Ketchupverse
One name, a whole universe of it. We handed our own logo to every style we could think of, and it came back in zardozi, Bauhaus primaries, CAD lines and pulp crime. Same eight letters, nothing alike. That’s how the studio works with talent too.

Who runs the room
Two decades in. Still making things.
Gautam Pai started out writing ads at Ogilvy Bangalore and moved behind the camera soon after. Since then he has made ad films, documentaries, music videos, branded content and a virtual reality tour of the Rajasthan Kabir Yatra, for names like Royal Enfield, TVS Motor, Vodafone and Cuemath.
Formats have changed many times since he started. The job hasn’t: find the right people, and make the work well. Ketchup Studio is where he does that now.

We’ll bring the talent.

You send the brief
What you’re making, who it’s for, when it needs to land, and a rough budget. A paragraph is enough to start.
-
We pick the voice
We read it against everyone we work with and come back with the one or two people whose own work already sounds like your idea.
-
You meet them
You see their work, hear how they’d make it, and decide. We produce it end to end from there.
